We are sorry to hear your feedback.
We asked you for the VIN of your car to ensure the correct specification of your parts order on 19th of XXXXXXXX
You kindly provided your VIN on 21st of XXXXXXX
On two separate occasions following, on the 23rd of XXXXXXX and on the 2nd of XXXXXXX our Sales Team reminded you that “parts are ordered to your VIN.”
Furthermore, on all quotations you received, our documentation states explicitly that “parts are ordered to VIN”
Finally, on your sales order we stated again, that “parts are ordered to VIN” and indeed that responsibility of correct specification of special-order parts lies with yourself as we cannot examine the car.
It is our steadfast position that the parts supplied, in good faith, are unequivocally correspondent to the VIN you yourself provided.
Despite this chain of events, we remain committed to helping you rectify this misspecification and swapping the part over at a discounted price so you can get out of a bind. As of 10th of February we have made repeated attempts to contact you and call you, but sadly you have indicated that you will not accept any contact and have posted your comments above.
We will continue to try nonetheless, and remain at your disposal to assist you.
